Since January of this year, Monaco has a new hotspot. The Fit Food Restaurant in the La Condamine district not only offers vegans plenty to choose from, but also people with gluten intolerance and omnis (omnivores) can enjoy a healthy meal here.

Loving Monaco vegan food

Finally found delicious vegan and gluten-free cake with curcuma latte!

“Everyone who wants to eat healthy is welcome here,” explains Daniel as he proudly presents the various vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten-free cake creations. With Laurent, one of the two owners, he has already gained 20 years of experience in upscale gastronomy in Monaco before he opened Fit Food together with Gilbert. However, none of the three lives 100% vegan, which is also reflected in the menu, which has something for every gourmet.

“We try to avoid meat as much as possible. Only the Poke Asia contains chicken. Every now and then, high-quality meat ends up on our daily menu,” Daniel reveals, at the same time pointing out that milk has already been completely eliminated from the menu. Instead, alternatives made from oats, soy, coconut and almonds are available.

A special highlight: Fit Food even offers a gluten-free vegan hamburger. A combination you don’t find very often and certainly not a second time in Monaco.

The Fit Food is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 – 18:30, making it ideal for brunch, lunch or afternoon tea time with homemade cake creations.
